Would you like to try a course with us for the first time? Then benefit from our special price of CHF 40.00 (excl. VAT) for a trial lesson.

For personal training, we offer you a free information session (30-60 minutes) and/or an introductory and trial lesson (max. 2 hours) for a flat rate of CHF 200.00 (excl. VAT).
